If one of your task boxes shows a red border, that means you have at least one returned task that needs your attention.

You'll also see:

This usually happens when a task didn’t meet the expected quality and was returned by a reviewer.

What should I do?

Click on the red task box. Instead of going straight to the task interface, you’ll first be taken to a Returned List. From there:

  1. Open each returned task to read the reviewer’s feedback.
  2. Make corrections and resubmit.
  3. Once all returned tasks are resolved, the red border will disappear—and you’ll be able to receive new tasks again.

🔒 Note: You won’t be able to get new tasks for that specific task type until you’ve completed all returned ones.
